EnP. Nino Jacinto D. Gajasan REC,REA,REB

Principal Consultant, Founder

Mr. Gajasan possesses deep, diverse and demonstrated experience in architecture, real estate, project and business development, and master development planning with focus on residential developments (open market / economic and socialized housing), new townships, mixed-use and multi-use development, condominium, and institutional development. He has worked with both leading local and international planning and design firms such as Duany-Plater-Zyberk CoDesign, Tetsuo Kobori Architects, GHD Group and Palafox Associates handling various types of projects in both master planning, architectural design and environmental engineering.

His projects include the master planning of more than 20 million square meters of land area in total and the architectural design and conceptualization of buildings. He also prepares real estate feasibility studies and highest and best use studies leading and managing a team of professional consultants and has worked with industry leaders such as CB Richard Ellis, Jones-Lang-Lasalle, and KMC Savills for various real estate projects.

Mr. Gajasan finished his Architectural Degree from the University of Santo Tomas as an outstanding thesis finalist and his Real Estate Management Degree from De La Salle University.

He also took up his Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of South Wales.
